Compare with the brush DC torque motor, the DDSM series sine wave brushless DD motor, there are many advantages, such as the starting frictional resistance reduced , brush loss removed, working efficiency improved, power consumption reduced, safety and EMC performance enhanced by reason that there is no any electric spark when works. Through the optimization of motor electromagnetic design, our designed sine wave brushless DD motor torque ripple is all lower than 5%, high torque type motor torque ripple is lower than 3%, leading the domestic similar products. 10HZ back emf waveform distortion rate is 0.8%, and also the cogging torque is very low. Moreover, low speed startup performance is superior, the back emf waveform is good, the control of sensitive, smooth operation, higher reliability.
